The following terms and conditions govern the use of tkdlogisticsja.com:

Registration

Each customer will be considered to have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions once they register with TKD Logistics. TKD Logistics reserves the right to change or update Terms & Conditions, and as such customers should familiarize themselves with such regularly if there are any modifications.

Once a customer registers, they will get access to our United States mailing address, and a unique code beginning with the letters "TKDL" will be provided. This code is specific to each customer and MUST be entered when they use their shipping address. Failure to do so might result in packages being misplaced or delayed.

Each customer is responsible for keeping their account details and password confidential. Account details should NOT be shared with third-party individuals. Each customer is fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account, and as a result, customers are advised to report any suspicious or unauthorized activity suspected on their account.

TKD Logistics will not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, for example, natural disasters. Suppliers or shippers MUST ensure that items are properly packaged to withstand the shipping process. TKD Logistics will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items due to improper packaging or before they reach our facility in Jamaica. We will not be held responsible for any package seized by the Jamaica Customs Agency due to a breach of the Customs Act. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items being shipped with TKD Logistics are in accordance with the Jamaica Customs Agency.

Delivery/ Pickup

Packages arriving in Jamaica can be delivered across the fourteen parishes via Knutsford Express. This will attract an additional fee which the customer will be required to pay upon collecting their package at the Knutsford Facility. We also arrange for pickups at central locations in Spanish Town and Kingston. Details surrounding pickups MUST be discussed beforehand. Each customer picking up a package is required to show a valid ID as proof of identification. Third-party pickups must be communicated beforehand and the individual collecting the package on the customer's behalf is also required to provide a valid ID as proof of identification. All packages MUST be signed for whether they are being collected by a customer or third-party individual.
